The Bank of the Republic commits over several years as a donor in favor of Jewish family service

Republic Bank continues to vigorously support the Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties (JFS) by committing $ 3,000 per year as a Donor Builder to the agency.
The funds will benefit programs including counseling, supportive housing and professional assistance, which will enable clients to better understand and achieve financial responsibility and stability.
âWe are delighted to partner with Republic Bank again and appreciate their generous funding which provides resources for many programs needed by clients,â said Andrea Steinberg, CEO of JFS. âThe past 14 months have been difficult – financially, emotionally and mentally – for many individuals and families in our region. At JFS, we continue to strive to provide residents and clients with some relief through the agency’s pantry, counseling and other programs.
As of March 2020, JFS staff have distributed over 50,000 pounds of food to over 7,300 people, administered over 6,000 telehealth counseling sessions, and provided 120 Village by the Shore virtual programs as well as housing assistance. with support services, professional services and more.
