Bloody Christmas as Limpopo man allegedly slaughtered 7 family members

It was a bloody Christmas for a Limpopo family on Saturday when seven people, including four children, were slaughtered in Jimmy Jones village outside of Malamulele.

Police alleged that a man killed his two brothers, four children and the pregnant wife of one of the brothers shortly after midnight.

“Shortly after midnight, the suspect, who works as a medic, shot dead his two brothers, a pregnant woman and four children, using his licensed firearm. Investigators are still collecting other information, including age. of the deceased, “said police spokesman Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo.

Details of the shooting are vague, but Limpopo police are searching the scene for evidence.

According to Mojapelo, the brothers are believed to be living with their wives and children, and an ongoing family feud led to the incident.

The man surrendered to the police.

He faces seven counts of murder.
