33rd Annual Jewish Family Service Home Tour Returns August 1

After a two-year hiatus, the highly anticipated 33rd Annual Service Home Tour for Jewish Families returns Monday, August 1, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.


This must-see fundraiser, presented by Surroundings Interiors, will provide hundreds of guests with the rare opportunity to view several luxurious Downbeach homes.

The magnificent homes feature state-of-the-art gourmet kitchens, custom cabinetry, unique decor and lighting, beautiful landscaping, and more.

“We at JFS are delighted to be able to run the popular House Tour this year, which will give clients a glimpse of stunning homes in Ventnor, Margate and Longport,” said Andrea Steinberg, CEO of JFS. “We are grateful to the generous landlords who will open their doors to our agency to host this important fundraiser.”

Tickets for the tour are $60 before June 30 and $75 starting July 1. The VIP Tour ticket, which provides door-to-door transportation, costs $100.

Each attendee will enjoy a complimentary lunch sponsored by Oasis Property Group.

Raffle tickets are $20 or six for $100 for a chance to win fabulous prizes including jewelry, restaurant and shopping gift cards, wine baskets and more.

Participation in the tour is not necessary to win a raffle prize.

Proceeds from the house tour benefit the Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore, a membership program for adults over 50 that offers intergenerational events, transportation, grocery shopping and delivery, and kosher dining home.
